Virtual teaching-learning sessions require more screen time than usual and hence, the school organised an enriching session by an ophthalmologist, Dr, Shagun Sood, for parents and students. She gave valuable advice on home remedies for general eye care, good body posture for study and suggested some beneficial eye exercises.
